The Computer Training Center at Abdul Ali Shebashram is a community-focused initiative dedicated to empowering underprivileged individuals, with a special emphasis on women, through free and practical computer education. In today’s digital world, basic technological skills are essential for access to employment, education, and information. This center aims to bridge that gap by equipping learners with the tools they need to participate confidently in the modern workforce.
The training program offers hands-on instruction in data entry, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other commonly used computer applications. At the end of each course, students are required to sit for a final examination. Those who successfully pass receive a Certificate of Completion, with the examination conducted under the supervision of the Dhaka Technical Education Board, ensuring recognized standards and credibility.
Over the years, the center has supported many learners who are now working in reputed organizations across Bangladesh and abroad. Through structured training, certified assessment, and a supportive learning environment, the Computer Training Center reflects Abdul Ali Shebashram’s commitment to skill development, employability, and building a more self-reliant and digitally empowered community.
